After nearly 2 weeks of dead silence RadioRevolt.com, the internet's premiere rockin' high quality radio station, has switched back on thanks to a generous bandwidth donation by upstart server host www.ShellServers.net

With recent events behind us and an ever brightening future ahead of us we are forging ahead with plans to make RadioRevolt.com a viable investment for it's sponsors that keep the station running. It is our hope we can continue to bring in new sponsors to upgrade our offerings here at RadioRevolt.com

Thanks for all the words of encouragement during our latest outage.

For the past almost 4 years RadioRevolt.com has rocked the broadband waves with new bands, unsigned groups and classic rock. Now the stations final remaining sponsor has pulled out after over a year of decreasing funding.

Dot Media, the stations operator, will keep looking for new sponsorship and is seeking ways to try and spruce up the site, possibly even completely rebuilding it from the ground up. If no sponsors step up, then the summer could see RR fade out before ever reaching it's 4th birthday.

Our deepest most gut wrenching apologies. The station has been offline until 5:30pm central daylight savings time today March 20th, 2009. We moved around and have been waiting on bandwidth to get turned back on. Request will be offline until around 1pm central time on Saturday March 21st.

Today RadioRevolt.com will shut down in commemoration of the Christmas Crash of 2006. The station will stay offline for an undetermined amount of time and will be back online before midnight central time. During the downtime the server will gain some new hardware upgrades and some new music.

Free MP3 Buzz is a file hosting service geared towards bands and artist that are trying to build interest in their music by giving songs away for free. The site keeps track of the most downloaded tracks in four different categories; Rock, Hip-Hop, Techno and Country and emails subscribers to the newsletter about the new music to be had on the website.

Our goal is to drive more buzz around for unsigned and unknown artist who are now being choked out by major labels on MySpace and other social networks.
